INDIAN EDUCATION SERIES ONLINE WORKSHOP

BEADED POUCH
For centuries, Native people have carried objects of special significance in leather pouches.
In this workshop, students will gain an appreciation for skills that date back to prehistoric times by learning simple techniques and they will hear stories of why these were, and still are, made.
This workshop in the Indian Education Series of the Museum of Indigenous People will be presented in an online meeting. Pre-registration for the workshop is required and there is a limit to the number of students. Payment is required at the time of registration. The fee for the workshop includes the materials needed to complete one beaded pouch.
