New Year’s Eve December 31, 2024

This is a Social Powwow (non-competition) on New Year’s Eve where Native families gather to celebrate their heritage in a clean and safe environment. The public is invited to attend. A strict policy against the use of and/or presence of drugs and alcohol will be adhered to and enforced by security.

 

Admission:

Native Powwow Dancers– FREE

Kids 15 & under- FREE

General Admission- $5

 

Parking:

Free parking will be available at the MIP, GSMAC,  and on  Arizona Ave.

 

Schedule:

2:00- Doors will be open to the public.

3:00- Gourd.

6:00- Dinner Break.

7:00- Grand Entry.

1:00 AM Jan. 1- Retiring of Colors.

Vendor Opportunity:

A maximum of 20 Native American vendors will be approved for this indoor event. Each vendor space is $75, which is due when applying.

 

Application Process:

Applications are available on the museum of Indigenous People website and must be received with payment by Dec 27, 2024. Approved vendors will be notified.

ADMISSION PRICES

Natives, The Museum of Indigenous People Members, and children under 13 years of age are FREE.

Youth 13- 17 and Students with ID are $6. |   Adults are $10.   |   Seniors (55 +) are $8.  |  Veterans $6.
